#9 to the Rafters!

Ranger fans finally saw what the wanted to see. Adam Graves' number 9 is up in the rafters. Adam Graves was a nitty gritty kind of player and was of course a member of that legendary 1994 Stanley Cup team. Graves was a Ranger from 1990 through 2001. Earlier in his career, he spent time with the Red Wings and and Oilers and ended his career with the San Jose Sharks. Graves continues to be a big part of the New York Rangers organization whether it be skating around with players or participating in charity events.

Graves will always be in the hearts of Ranger fans as a legend whether people agree or not.
